1. Position the patient in almost reclining position.
2. Attach the head cover cloth.
3. Apply vaseline on the field of operation and adjacent areas.
4. Cover the deep undercut using vaselinized gauze.
5. Paint thinly mixed alginate on the area alternately packing small square gauze to cover the alginate and so on, extending to the other eye for comparison.

Obvious problems with the above Removable Partial Denture metal framework design are:

1. I-bar should be used on tooth 36 (free-end case).
2. Unnecessary rest on tooth 44.
3. Occlusal rest on 47 should be placed on the mesial.

Modeling compound stick is being used in Border Molding. This custom tray will be used in the Final Impression of the lower arch in a Complete Denture procedure.
